2. Enquiry form
The enquiry form is for requesting information about children's birthday dance parties. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking or create a contract.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Response times may vary during weekends and school holidays.
You agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right not to respond to spam or offensive content.
3. Bookings and deposits
Party bookings are confirmed only when:
We have agreed a date, time, venue, and party format with you
A deposit of £45 has been received
We have sent you a written booking confirmation
Full booking terms, including cancellation and refund policies, will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Party services
All parties are hosted by professional, DBS-checked dance teachers employed or contracted by MOUVE by Dancing with Louise.
Party details (theme, duration, group size, venue requirements) will be agreed during the booking process. We reserve the right to substitute party hosts in case of illness or emergency, and will always provide a suitably qualified replacement.
5. Venues
We provide mobile party hosting — we come to your chosen venue. It is your responsibility to ensure the venue is booked, suitable, and available for our agreed setup time.
If we provide a venue recommendation, the venue booking remains your responsibility unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.
6. Supervision and safety
Our party hosts lead the dance activities. However, parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision and welfare of all children at the party at all times.
At least one parent or guardian must remain at the venue for the duration of the party.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to MOUVE by Dancing with Louise and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute content without our written permission.
8. Photography and media
We may take photographs or videos during parties for promotional purposes. We will always ask for your permission before using any images that include children.
You may take photographs and videos at your own party for personal use.
9. Limitation of liability
While we take every care, MOUVE by Dancing with Louise shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Injury from a child's pre-existing medical condition we haven't been informed about
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal property at the venue
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or temporarily take down the website without notice.
11. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
